How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Stephanie Dawn Brinson had a background in insurance and claims processing. Her job with the insurance company was to look for reasons to deny claims. She figured that there had to be some way to do the opposite and help individuals get their claims approved. She started Brinson Benefits and the Purple Card Patient Advocacy team to just that. We work to get companies the best insurance coverage at the best price, and make sure that patients are spending the least amount out of pocket as possible.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are customer service driven. We work to serve our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have three locations in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin. We have no plans to expand at the moment but we are always looking for the opportunity to grow.
