We have been serving our customers since 2002.
Over the past six years, we have accumulated networking expertise, best practices, and business knowledge over years of experience and have made significant investments in our facilities, resources, operational processes and website to accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies by small and medium businesses (SMB's). We realize a one-size-fits-all approach to IT simply won’t do and are dedicated to delivering creative solutions aligned with the business and technical requirements of the SMB market.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our history is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit of our co-founders. In the Fall of 2002, Michael Pollak and Ken Plunkett launched a bootstrapped telecommunications agency, starting with no capital and working from a client's data center in Dallas, TX. At launch, they have an order in hand for services from their first client, which itself was a growing business.
The name Epifany was derived from the word epiphany, which is defined by the Merriam-Webster Dictionary as: "a sudden striking understanding of something." True to the company's spirit of innovation and uniqueness, a brand was created utilizing a phonetic spelling of this revolutionary term. Familiar, but edgy. A sign that this company is a new breed.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
While Epifany may not be the first IT managed service provider, it is one of the first to successfully deliver an end-to-end managed solution that encompasses the network, system, and telecommunication environments targeted specifically for SMBs.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our new state-of-the-art facilities demonstrate our commitment to accelerating the adoption of advanced technologies by small and medium businesses. The interior design was done by Stacey Lax, a distinguished local designer. The contemporary style offices have over 6200 square feet of usable space and portray the professional, cutting edge, and cool image of the company.
The facility is located in the heart of Dallas near the Galleria on the North Dallas Tollway. The centralized location puts us in close proximity to our customers, vendors, partners, and employees.
Our new space has been designed for our needs today and into the future. It is enhanced with a state-of-the-art lab and the latest technology which serves as our basis for innovation and growth enabling us to realize the consistent delivery of superior customer experiences.
We have plans to expand on a regional and nationwide basis.
