Haircare and cultivating a trusting relationship with our clients
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started as a hairdressers apprentice in 1979 in London
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our focus has always been on haircolour, because of that we have a very strong apprenticeship that develops extremely competent haircolourists
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Having expanded in the past to 3 locations, we now understand that our culture is better served under one roof where we can do what we do best and not stress Richard out!
