How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Natural progression from typewriter sales, to computer hardware sales, into software sale coupled with an existing interest in technical analysis.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Value added is the only viable business model in a price driven market.
