How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the construction end of the business for over 30 years and previously owned Cambridge Shutters Inc. of Oklahoma City, OK. And Dallas, Tx. We custom manufactured interior plantation wood shutters for upscale homes. It just seemed to be natural fit after working for 2 different Dallas window and siding company's. I new that I could deliver a better beginning and finished product to the consumers at a more affordable price than what they were receiving without compromising the quality of the products or the installation process behind them.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Were the little guys with the big guy attitude! VSI Certified Mastic/Alcoa Master Contractors only 3 of us in the DFW metroplex and Registered Simonton windows Dealer. Simonton Has been rated the number 1 rated window for customer satisfaction 4 of the last 5 years by JD Powers and associates. Keeping these important aspects of American Home Exteriors in mind we differentiate from others in our category by attention to detail; and a superior installation and installation process. The proof is in the end results! As well as never having to chase your contractor . All my customers have dirrect access to me 24 / 7 with my person cell and email as well. Please no calls unless emergency after 10pm.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
we have 2 locations in the DFW Market and we service all of the metroplex. Plans to expand my locations is The Woodlands ,Tx just outside of Houston area As we get older in the business of helping home owners achieve their home improvement goals it has become a bigger factor for us to consider. Because of our reputation of excellence in the industry we wont compromise our finished product or installation of it because of the lack of not having enough qualified professionals doing the installations.

No show rooms as of yet . We keep our overhead low and pass those savings onto our customers. There's one office on Cole st down by highland the tollway and northwest highway. Its mainly for meetings mediation point for getting supplies etc.
What type of payments do you accept?
We have many finance options available. We don't except visa mastercard but we will accept visa or mastercard checks this is because of fees associated with the credit cards. And we also take cash and personal checks as well!
Which areas do you service?
All of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and the surrounding suburbs far north as Gainsville south as Waxahachie Cleburne. About a 100 mile radius from Dallas
