How long have you been in business?
Fitness HQ (The Predecessor to Comm-fit) began was established in December 1996. The company had grown to 10 stores by 2005 and when an offer was made to sell the retail store, but continue with the commercial side of the business it was an easy decision. Comm-Fit was born on Aug 25th 2005 and focused strictly on commercial sales.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer a variety of Commercial Equipment including new and used Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes, Steppers and quality strength equipment including Multi-gyms, single stations or free weights. We can also provide service to other needs including; audio/visual, room designs and layouts, flooring, electrical outlets, etc. Comm-Fit also services/repairs all types of fitness equipment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in an active, exercising family and believe in the benefit of exercise and fitness. I was able to combine my passion with business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only company that designs, installs, sells and services with in-house facilities. We also have a great range of equipment both with price and quality.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We cover Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. We feel that should further opportunities arise, we will look into them.

Our office is located just west of the Dallas Tollway off Spring Valley Rd.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept; cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
Which areas do you service?
We service all and any fitness equipment or supplies that we sell to all parts of Texas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jeff Levitt, the company President runs the daily opertions and Mark Smith oversees the service division of Comm-Fit.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
