My main objective in working with you is that you let us do all heavy lifting when it comes to your needs. What this means is that Windsor can help minimize your cost associated with any of the three things listed above. In doing that we are able to maximize recovery.
Skip Tracing Management
Windsor will locate the borrowers that have ceased all communications. This service includes borrower contact, place of employment, lien, bankruptcy, impound and stolen vehicle verification. Windsor will locate the borrower and/or the collateral on the account and coordinate with the recovery agent for successful resolution. Letting you make the final decision. This process is on a contingent fee.
Repossession Management
Windsor Group contracts within its own nationwide repossession agent network to secure your collateral at a flat rate. Your flat rate includes: unlimited address runs, mileage and limited storage and transport. Regardless of the actual cost of repossession, with some exceptions such as impound fees, etc., the cost remains fixed. All of our recovery agents are insured and bonded while operating within the state and federal guidelines. We also have set up contracts with major license plate recognition providers. This process is on a contingent fee.
Remarketing Management
Windsor works closely with our trusted groups of auctions, monitoring expenses and facilitating the sales process to ensure a quick turnaround. Each month we grade and rank our auctions to encourage top performance.
Transportation
We determine which market in our nationwide network will bring you the highest yield for your particular piece of collateral. Then we arrange the most cost effective way of getting it there.
Reconditioning or repair
Windsor representatives work with the auctions to thoroughly inspect your collateral and when necessary do the needed work to maximize value. We will not go over a set dollar amount with out first talking with you and making that decision. In this same process we can let you know if the collateral qualifies for our certification program or if we just need to floor a price.
Live on-site representation
Our auctions have live representation by a Windsor team member to make sure you get maximum return. Our proven track record gives us the creditability and integrity that attracts the buyers to the lanes. In addition to the in-person bids, our auctions provide real time on line bidding which should help raise your final sale price.
