How long have you been in business?
15 years, training with TONI & GUY academy. Graduated with honors and ahead of my class.
What is your primary product or service?
Hair Care and client satisfaction is number one!! Regarding their hair cut/color, I do intricate consults and advise them to bring photos for optimum communication! I require perfection of myself in my work to make perfection in client satisfaction and feeling beautiful when they leave my chair!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was doing hair for fun before i went to train...all the girls in the dorm... Very ironic that I didn't know it could be a career until later after college!!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I'm a perfectionist and want to please my clientele. I do because that is what makes me different from so many others. I find clients tell me stylists don't listen. Well listening is important but so is making fabulous suggestions without pressure to the client! Creativity is essential when my client isn't sure... that's where i come into play in a big way artistically.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own my space and products and I run most of the operations on my clients but have a receptionist for all calls and appointments.
What are your hours of operation?
tues-sat til 7pm
